Our Little Corner of the World...
...is one of the great "crossroads of the world"! Grand Army Plaza, 5th & 59th, Central Park South, or just "The Plaza" - everyone who comes to NYC expects to see us there, and we don't disappoint!
The True "Hansom Cab"...
...had two wheels, with the driver sitting up top, behind the passengers. Although we are often referred to as "hansom cabs", the name is misnomer, a vestige of the time when this was the vehicle of choice for cabs-for-hire.

Every road in Central Park was expressly built for horse-drawn carriages, and every vista was conceived & designed by Olmstead & Vaux with that in mind.
